We have a contract with the Legal Services Commission which means that your costs can be covered by legal aid.

In order to qualify for legal aid you will have to satisfy a means and merits test. Should you not satisfy either test, then we are able to represent clients privately at very competitive rates.

All the advice and assistance we provide at the police station is free of charge: you will not have to pay us anything.
